A 3-year-old boy who was reported missing after his mother was found dead, has also been found dead.

Authorities in Milwaukee confirmed that the body of Major Harris was found near North 35th Street and West Rohr Avenue last week after he was reported missing on Oct. 16.

Officials say the child’s mother 25-year-old Mallery Muenzenberger, was discovered shot to death in the backyard of a home on Oct. 14.

A suspect in Muenzenberger’s death and the disappearance of Harris was identified as 20-year-old Jaheem Clark.  Clark however, fatally shot himself when authorities arrived to his home with a search warrant.

It wasn’t until several days later that authorities located the child’s body.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Harris was shot in the head around the same time his mother was killed.

Two other men have been taken into custody in connection with the case, however, they have not been charged.

Authorities are still investigating the case.
