MIAMI, FL– A 64-year-old man has been arrested after he confessed to killing his landlord because he was angry at him for turning off his water.
The incident took place Saturday in the Colonial Acres Mobile Home Park.
Leonardo Pablo Mora was taken into custody on Sunday shortly after midnight for the incident.
Mora told authorities that he and the victim had been arguing but that the argument turned into a fistfight.
Mora eventually took out his gun and shot the landlord once in the upper abdomen, killing him.
The suspect appeared before a judge on Monday and was charged with
second-degree murder with a weapon and carrying a concealed firearm.
