The Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office was evacuated on Friday after staff received a bomb threat.

The threat was made via phone around 10:30 a.m. stating that there is a bomb in the building.

Miami-Dade County police and City of Miami police are currently at the scene to investigate.
