A frightening day at Miami Beach High School today for the staff, parents and the students.

Several officers were searching an area with K-9s.
Miami Beach officials said they preformed a thorough search and secured the school, and no threat was identified.
Police said a perimeter had been established around the school, and Miami-Dade Police and MDCPS Police assisted.
School dismissal was delayed.
According to the Miami-Dade School officials had earlier said that the threat appeared not to be credible.
