A massive fire Sunday night at a thrift store shut down a stretch of Broadway Avenue north of Blue Heron Blvd in Riviera Beach.
The fire started around 8 p.m. at Jesus and You Outreach Ministries and more than 50 firefighters from multiple agencies, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Palm Beach County, battled the flames.
The Riviera Beach police spokesman says one of his officers noticed smoke coming from the building and called the fire in.
Riviera Beach fire chief John Curd says this was was not your average fire because of all the fuel like furniture, plastics and fabric in the thrift store.

Fortunately there were no reports of injuries.
