FORT MYERS, FL– Fort Myers Police announced that they have arrested the suspect who broke into a restaurant, stole several items, and then defecated on the floor.
43-year-old Nathan Long was taken into custody on Tuesday following reports of a naked man jumping into the Caloosahatchee River.
When authorities arrived, they recognized Long as the suspect caught on surveillance video breaking into Joe’s Crab Shack on Saturday.
Long admitted to being the man in the surveillance video during a police interview and was taken into custody.
He is facing several charges including property damage, burglary, and petit theft.
