(FLAGLER COUNTY, FLA) — A man was arrested after allegedly pushing a pregnant family member during an argument and threatening to kill a witness at a fast food restaurant in Palm Coast on Sunday, Dec. 18 after a trip to the Walt Disney World theme parks in Florida.

Harvey Thomas, 45, was arrested after a heated physical altercation in a McDonald’s located at 6030 State Road 100 East.

Thomas and a pregnant family member began arguing in the parking lot, when he began to push the woman “multiple times, prompting a witness to confront Thomas about it,” according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

The witness recorded the altercation on her phone and later supplied it to police.

Thomas allegedly pointed a revolver at the witness and threatened to shoot her. When deputies questioned Thomas, he denied pointing a gun at her.

He was arrested with charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery on a pregnant person.

Thomas is being held on a $20,000 bond.
