(FORT LAUDERDALE, FL)– A medical building in Fort Lauderdale was evacuated after several people became concerned after seeing a man dressed in a cowboy hat and a trenchcoat enter the building.
The incident was reported on Thursday at 6301 Northwest Fifth Way.
Fort Lauderdale Police units responded to the scene and evacuated the building in search for the man.
After a few hours, authorities identified the suspect and questioned him.
According to the report, the man was dressed in a costume and headed to a Halloween party.
After determining that there was no public threat, the man was allowed to leave.
