Man fatally shot by police after throwing rocks at them

PHOENIX, AZ–
Authorities in Arizona were forced to shoot a man who was reportedly throwing rocks at them.
The incident was reported on Saturday around 6:45 p.m.
Two patrol officers were driving their vehicles through the city when the vehicles were struck and damanaged by an unknown object.
The officers then stopped the vehicles briefly but continued to drive.
A while later, the officers began discussing the incident and decided to return to the scene to investigate.
When they returned to the scene, they encountered 34-year-old Ali Osman.
According to the report, Osman began throwing rocks at the police officers despite being ordered to stop.
Eventually at least one of the officers opened fire on Osman.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
It is unclear how many officers opened fire on him or how many times he was shot.
