(FORT WORTH, TX) — A Texas man disguised in women’s clothing was arrested for allegedly capturing photos of women underneath a bathroom stall, then pointing a pepper ball gun at a witness as he fled the scene.

Douglas Egan, 45, was arrested Dec. 24 and faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and improper photography, according to police.

A female victim witnessed Egan’s phone underneath a bathroom stall at the Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, Texas, at around 4:30 p.m.

The woman confronted the undercover lassie, who attempted to flee the mall, describing him to police as “a male that was dressed to look like a female.”

A male witness attempted to intervene the confrontation, when Egan allegedly reached into his backpack, pulled out a pepper ball gun, and pointed it at the man.

According to police, the suspect fled the mall, and the weapon could be seen in his waistband as he hectically undressed.

Deputies arrived to the mall and arrested Egan with reportedly no complication.

The nutty trickster is being held on a $30,000 bond at the Tarrant County Corrections Center.
