(WELLINGTON, FL)– The Palm Beach Sheriff’s office is reporting that a man who was recently released from the hospital died early Thursday morning after collapsing outside.
The discovery was made about 6:45 a.m. in the grasses area at the corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and Lyons Road.
Authorities say they received a call about an unconscious man and arrived to find the victim had already passed away.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Teri Barbera reported that there were no signs of trauma.
No other details including the victim’s identity has been released at this time.
