A 70-year-old man who was caught watching child porn while traveling on a commercial plane has been sentenced.

Donald Max Ingram was sentenced on Thursday for the incident that occurred on a flight from Illinois to Florida in September of last year.

Authorities say they were originally contacted by a passenger on the plane who saw the images on Ingram’s phone. The passenger waited for the plane to land and then told officials at the airport about what they saw.

When Ingram was confronted about the allegations, he confessed to having and viewing the images on his phone and then summited to a search of his phone.

Officials found 59 images depicting children being sexually abused. Some of the images even depicted children younger than 12 years old.

He has been sentenced to five years in prison for possessing and viewing images of children being sexually abused according to the report.
