A 25-year-old man has been arrested for a shooting that occurred Monday in West Palm Beach.

The incident was reported around 11 p.m.  in the area of Okeechobee BLVD and Military trail.

Authorities say when they arrived to the scene, they found an unidentified male victim suffering from several gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.

After an investigation, authorities identified the shooter as Ryan Conover.

He has since been charged with attempted murder and is currently in custody at the Palm Beach County Jail.
