A 24-year-old Florida man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.
Alex Terry was taken into custody on earlier this week for the incident that occurred on Tuesday.
The victim told police that her friend picked her up and took her to a home in Miami where several people were hanging out.
Terry allegedly brought a bottle of tequila for the group to share.
The teen says she consumed about 10 shots from the bottle and smoked a marijuana cigar.
At some point, the teen fell unconscious and woke up to find Terry on top of her.
The victim asked Terry to stop but he continued until she felt like she was going to throw up.
Terry then helped the victim to the bathroom.
The victim says she is not whether or not Terry used a condom.
When authorities interviewed Terry, he denied raping the teen but admitted to providing alcohol to young people.
He has been arrested on charges of sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
