A 30-year-old man is currently facing several charges after allegedly having sex with an unconscious woman.

Authorities in Boynton Beach say they arrested Kevano Tevin Roberts on Sunday after a woman he dated came into the police station stating that she found video of a sexual encounter that she did not agree to on Roberts’ phone.

The woman told officers that the video taken on November 29th, showed her unconscious on a mattress with Roberts sexually assaulting her.

The woman also told authorities that she and Roberts dated from June of 2018 to November 2020 before she moved away. He the reportedly started to come around her new place and eventually moved his belongings there about a week later.

Roberts is now facing sexual battery of a helpless person charges.
