A Marion County man is now behind bars after he fatally shot his neighbor during an argument concerning a cat.
The incident was reported Wednesday at a home on 15980 SE 258th Avenue Road.
Officials say Clifton Anthony Bliss Jr. became angry after his neighbor’s cat wandered onto his property.
