TAMARAC, FL.– The Broward Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a woman who was found dead in an apartment under suspicious circumstances.
The discovery was made at the Tamarac Villages apartment complex, along the 9300 block of Northwest 57th Street around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Deputies say they received a call about an unresponsive woman in a 2nd story unit who appeared to have had her throat slashed.
Authorities pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
