Local residents who voted for President Trump have a lot to say about the announcement that former Vice President Joe Biden is expected to win instead.
Although consistently active in making their voices heard against voter fraud in the weeks and months leading up to the election, a group in Delray Beach was at it again over the weekend.
According to stories from The South Florida Sun Sentinel and WPEC-TV, a “Stop the Steal” event took place in the city on Saturday.
Nearly 50 people showed up with Trump flags on Atlantic Ave. around 2 p.m.
Most of them repeated chants such as “It’s not over yet,” as the Trump administration undertakes court challenges in states including Georgia, Pennsylvania and Nevada.

Similar events and phrases were held in other parts of South Florida as well, particularly in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
The Sentinel points out that while some Trump voters are holding firm in their support for the president.
Crystal Fletcher tells the newspaper, “we’re not going to stand for this” because “it’s so obvious they’re trying to steal this election,” speaking of the Democrats.
Meanwhile, others attending the event said they’ll still support Biden and “hope for the best” if the race is officially called for him.
