PALM BEACH, FL- The oceanfront home of the late radio legend Rush Limbaugh is up for sale and could end up becoming the most expensive home ever sold in Florida.

The 2.7 acre compound at 1495 N. Ocean Blvd. on Palm Beach is expected to fetch between $150 and $175 million, a considerable return on the property Limbaugh purchased for $4 million in 1998.

Several buildings sit on the property, and the main house, mostly decorated by Limbaugh himself, features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 2 story library with an elevator and sits on 250 feet of private beach.

There is also a guest house and the studio from which he broadcast his daily radio show for over 20 years.

The house is currently held in a trust connected to his widow, Kathryn.

Limbaugh had no children.
