“This is really annoying!” That’s Kim Kardashian’s response to the news she failed the baby bar for a second time.
Kim Kardashian revealed that she has “again” failed the “baby bar” exam, during Thursday night’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” finale.
“I failed! F–k! I failed,” the 40-year-old, who is going to law school online, told her lawyers on the phone about her second attempt the test.
Kim K revealed that her score was “pretty much the same, but a little bit worse” than the first time she took it and failed in May.
The “baby bar” is a test in California for first-year legal students who are not taking classes at accredited schools, such Kardashian, who is learning under a private tutor.
Kim better hit the books and study because according to FindLaw, students who fail the “baby bar” a third time could lose credit for any of the courses she’s taken thus far.
Meanwhile, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” has come to an end. The final episode aired on Thursday after 20 seasons.
In it, Kim opened up about how she is looking for “total happiness” moving forward. At the time, she said she felt alone in her marriage to Kanye West.
The two have since started the process of getting a divorce. Fans of the Kardashians will still have new shows to look forward to in the near future – the Kardashian Family has signed a deal to develop new shows for Hulu, to be distributed worldwide on Disney’s Star service.
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who broke the internet with her butt, is hitting a roadblock on her way to becoming a lawyer.
She failed her first attempt at the bar exam, the “baby bar” which is a requirement after the first year of the alternate law program.
The First-Year Law Students’ Examination, or “baby bar,” is a one-day test given remotely in June and November. Not all law students have to take the baby bar.
An applicant who is required to pass the First-Year Law Students’ Exam will not receive credit for any law study until the applicant passes the exam.
You don’t have to go to law school in California to become an attorney. Kardashian scored 474, when she needed to get at least 560.
Kim K is in good company though:
John F. Kennedy Jr., failed the NY bar exam twice before he passed on his third try.
Hillary Clinton, the 67th Secretary of State, failed the D.C. bar exam on her first attempt but passed the Arkansas bar.
Michelle Obama, the current first lady, failed the IL bar exam on her first attempt.
Franklin D. Roosevelt, 32nd President of the United States of America, failed the New York bar exam on his first attempt.
Luckily, most states allow unlimited attempts to pass the bar exam. There are 21 states that limit bar exam attempts, that range from 2-6 attempts.
Some of those states have discretionary limits that allow additional attempts outside of their limit with special permissions.
