Influencer’s attorney fuming over state’s release of elevator assault video

(MIAMI, FLA) — Miami State Prosecutor, Katherine Fernandez Rundle, released a video of influencer, Courtney “Tailor” Clenney apparently assaulting her boyfriend on an elevator in Miami Thursday.

Now, the OnlyFans model’s attorney is accusing the state of trying to “deny a murder suspect a fair trial.”

The elevator video was recorded in February, and Clenney allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death two months later.

Clenney’s lawyer says the video is irrelevant and likely inadmissible because it would inflame the jury.

He also tells says it’s inappropriate for prosecutors to try and taint the community and potential jury pool against his client.
