MI Sheriff clarifies a deputy was outside the Oakland County classroom, not the shooter

A video circulating that shows students and teachers barricaded inside an Oakland County, Michigan classroom following the killing of four students was originally reported to show them refusing entry to the shooter who attempted to lure them out by posing as a police officer.

It has been revealed by Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard that it was not the shooter at the door, rather it was a plainclothes officer.

The students and teachers inside eventually escaped through a window where a uniform officer was waiting.
