(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – The Department of Justice is considering possible criminal charges against the president’s son, Hunter Biden, after extensive investigations into his ‘business dealings’ have reached a ‘critical state’, CNN reports.

Even though a decision hasn’t been reached, the controversy surrounding his potentially felonious lifestyle could negatively influence the midterm elections.

The alleged charges come after Biden was accused of spending at least $30k over 5 months for the transportation of hookers across state lines, aka “sex trafficking.”

According to sources, he also ‘disguised checks’ to the hookers as payments for ‘medical services.’

Additional tax violation and false statement charges are also in talks. While Biden was struggling with drug addiction, he allegedly made a false statement regarding the purchase of a firearm, which would have been illegal at the time due to his active addiction.

Republicans vow if they take control of Congress following midterm elections, they intend to launch further investigations into Hunter’s other possible schemes that may have involved his family, CNN states.
