Broward, FL–  The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has launched a homicide investigation after a woman’s body was discovered near the southbound entrance ramp to I-95. 

The body was discovered around 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the entrance ramp to Broward Boulevard. 

Both the Florida Highway Patrol troopers and the Fort Lauderdale Police responded to the scene and pronounced the woman dead. 

The victim has not been identified at this time. 

Authorities are still investigating her cause of death.
