Two men are currently facing charges after they both allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a local teen without disclosing their sexual status or using protection.

28- year-old Vonkevioius Moore and 48-year-old Henry Green are facing charges of lewd and lascivious battery on a victim 12 to 16, and HIV infected person having sex without informing partner.

According to the report the victim who is now 17-years-old, told police in Belle Glade that he met the men through a dating app when he was 15-years-old and began engaging in sexual activity with them.

During the first encounter, the teen told police that he met Moore at a mobile home for sex and that during the interaction, Green took a shower and then joined in.

The teen told police that though he did not consent for the encounter with Green, however, he joined in anyway.

The affair went on between the men and the teen until 2019.

The teen told police that within six months of engaging in sexual activities with the men he began to have pains and developed sores that made it difficult to sit down. Eventually the teen got tested and was told he was HIV positive.

During a controlled phone call in January, the teen questioned Green about his status and was told by Green that he just recently learned of his status.  Medical records for Green, however, indicated that he was informed of his status in 2005.

Authorities then interviewed Moore who reportedly denied being HIV despite medical records indicating that he was told of his status in 2014 along with a syphilis diagnosis.  Moore reportedly also denied knowing Green.
