DORAL, FL– Miami-Dade police are investigating after a camera was found hidden inside one of the restrooms at a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue station.
The camera was discovered over the weekend at MDFR Station 69 on NW 74th St. in Doral.
A spokesperson confirmed the situation in a statement to reporters.
“We are aware of an incident that occurred over the weekend at MDFR Station 69,” an MDFR spokesperson said in a statement. “Immediate action was taken, and Miami-Dade police were requested to investigate. We are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, and we will do everything in our power to ensure transparency throughout this process.”
It is unclear if any suspects have been identified at this time.
