A woman in Oklahoma, who was being detained by police for erratic behavior, ended up slipping out of her handcuffs while in the police cruiser, grabbing the car’s rifle, and shooting out of the back window.  Bullet fragments hit a deputy and another man on the scene.  Both the officer and civilians sustained non-life-threatening injuries and have been released from the hospital.  Here is the moment that Rachel Zion Clay opened fire.  They were originally going to let her go, until this happened.  She tested positive for meth and now faces 3- charges of shooting with intent to kill, and is being held on $1 million bail.
