Greg Norman sells Jupiter Island home for huge profit

Golf legend Greg Norman, a.k.a. “The Shark” sold his 32-thousand square-foot Jupiter Island estate for just over $55-million, roughly 4 million below asking price.
He bought it in 1991 for $5-million. It has ten bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, two pools, a private beach, home theater and much more.
The Hobe Sound oasis located on Beach Road on Jupiter Island is aptly named “Tranquility” includes the main house, pool house and beach house, which were completely rebuilt by the Normans. Other areas of the property have been renovated as well.

But, bought another $12-million home in Palm Beach Gardens roughly 30 minutes away.
