The Lincoln County sheriff’s department has arrested the grandmother of a four-year-old boy who refused to return the child to his mother despite a judges orders.

52-year-old grandmother, Johannah Lavonne Tillman was taken into custody on Friday after she failed to return the child to his mother by noon on October 8th, as ordered by the judge.

According to the report, the child had not been seen in person since June 14th, though it is unclear when the child was reported missing.

The child has since been returned to his mother.
