The track of disorganized Tropical Depression Fred shifted further west late Friday but a Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for the lower Keys as the system heads into the Gulf of Mexico.
Squally weather and potential local flooding remains a possibility for Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast through Sunday as Fred heads north over the Gulf.
Tropical Storm Grace formed early Saturday and as of 8 AM was located 355 miles ESE of the Leeward Islands with maximum sustained winds of 40 MPH and moving west at 22 MPH.
Some strengthening is expected over the next few days and the current track puts South Florida in the cone of concern however any impacts on our area wouldn’t be felt until mid-week.
