Governor Ron DeSantis was miffed before speaking at the University of South Florida when some local high school students were all wearing masks while standing behind him at the podium yesterday.
DeSantis told them they didn’t have to wear the masks but said they could if they wanted to, but added, “Honestly, it’s not doing anything and we’ve got to stop with they COVID theater…this is ridiculous.’ DeSantis was at USF to announce a $20-million award for cybersecurity education.
