Gov. Ron DeSantis is expected to announce his presidential bid with Elon Musk on Wednesday.
The announcement will be made during a conversation with the CEO of Twitter and Tesla at 6:00 p.m., according to NBC News.
While DeSantis has managed to dodge questions so far as to whether or not he would run, he has long been considered one of the top contenders besides former President Donald Trump, for the Republican nomination.
The conservation is expected to take place on Twitter’s audio chat platform Twitter Spaces and be moderated by tech entrepreneur David Sacks.
A campaign launch video is also expected to be released.
