Governor Ron DeSantis says Florida will challenge a new rule focused on vaccine requirements.

The Biden administration is requiring workers to be vaccinated if they work for a company with more than 100 employees.

Governor Ron DeSantis says workers shouldn’t be forced to choose between “the jab or their job.”

The rule will fully take effect on Jan. 4th and also covers federal contractors and certain health care workers.

Employees will have the option of being tested weekly if they refuse to be vaccinated.
