
PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office is warning parents about a disturbing arrest of a 4th-grade teacher at Grove Park Elementary School in Palm Beach Gardens on Thursday. According to PBSO, the teacher, who is also a part time baby sitter, is accused of soliciting a minor and traveling to meet a 2-year-old child.
Detectives believe there could be additional victims.

Fourth grade teacher Xavier Donte Alexander reportedly advertised his services on “Care.com” and other sites, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Alexander was arrested Thursday and will appear in court Friday morning. According to Alexander’s LinkedIn profile, he’s been teaching at Grove Park for six months and has been an employee for the Palm Beach County School District since 2012.
The 27-year-old man is facing charges of soliciting a minor and traveling to meet a child. Detectives with the sheriff’s office’s special victims unit believe there could be additional victims.
