21-year-old Zephen Xaver walked into a SunTrust branch in Sebring, Florida last year and unloaded his weapon execution-style into the heads of five innocent women in the bank, according to police. This tragedy was at least the fourth mass shooting in Florida with five or more dead in the past three years.
