Thirty-two-year-old Anthony Loffredo of France used to be a pretty good-looking guy. But now he has become an alien by having his nose and upper lip removed, his tongue split, and his entire body (including eyeballs) covered in black tattoos.

Loffredo says he has a tough time speaking but is so proud that he is becoming something new…a “black alien.”

The oddball plastic surgery aficionado said he now dreams of removing his skin and replacing it with metal, as well as modifying his arms, legs, fingers and the back of his head.
