Franchise owner arrested for putting hidden cameras in bathrooms

NASHUA, NH–
The owner of two frozen yogurt shops has been arrested after he allegedly placed hidden cameras in the restroom of one of his shops.
42-year-old Chanphanou Pou was charged with three counts of violation of privacy on Wednesday after an investigation.
Authorities say they were called to the Tutti Frutti in the Pheasant Lane Mall on July 23rd after someone discovered a recording device in the restroom.
Officials also reported that Pou is a franchise owner and has establishments in Peabody and Auburn in Massachusetts, and Salem and Nashua in New Hampshire.
While investigators say they have received reports from other shops owned by Pou, they have not as of yet, found any evidence to support those claims.
An investigation into his other shops is ongoing.
