Former “Saturday Night Live” comedian is facing allegations of grooming and sexually assaulting a teenage girl.

According to NBC News, Horatio Sanz is being sued by the girl, who is now reportedly an adult.

NBC News reports the lawsuit alleges the girl was 15 years old.

Sanz was a cast member on “SNL” from 1998 to 2006.

The suit alleges the assault began when the girl was 15 and Sanz was 31.

Andrew Brettler, an attorney for the comedian, called the allegations “categorically false.”

The girl demanded $7.5 million “in exchange for her silence,” NBC reports.

SNL Studios and NBC Universal said they do not comment on legal matters.

The lawsuit alleges that the girl, identified as Jane Doe, was a superfan of “SNL” and would post about the show on a website she ran. In January 200, Sanz and fellow cast mate Jimmy Fallon emailed the 15-year old from a NBC account, according to the suit.

NBC declined to comment on the lawsuit, multiple media outlets are reporting.
