A Floridian from Micanopy now holds an Olympic record. Clay High School alum Caeleb Dressel won the gold medal last night in the men’s 100-meter freestyle, and he set an Olympic record as well.
Dressel led wire to wire and has the best start of anyone in the world.

It’s the fourth Olympic gold medal of his career, but his first individual gold.
