Florida Teens Break into Mansion, Throw Massive Houseparty

Out of control teenagers, causing everyday mischief, throwing unsolicited parties, is deemed to be normality.

But for the owner of a Santa Rosa mega-mansion, this was not just another teen houseparty.

Florida deputies are currently searching for the teenagers who allegedly broke into an $8 million home, threw a giant rager, and vandalized the property.

The homeowner referred to the illicit party as a ‘complete violation’ after the teenagers stole a $1,500 bottle of premium champagne, a $3,500 YSL purse, and a football signed by former Colts quarterback Peyton Manning.

“They went in every inch of my home, every drawer,” stated the owner of the Santa Rosa mansion, who lives there with her husband, 10-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. “They were trying on my clothes, my shoes, my swimsuit. They stole my handbags.”

Aside from YSL, the teens managed to get away with multiple Stella McCartney and Gucci handbags. “The amount of invasion of privacy was just – there was no regard for anything. It was a complete violation.”

The family was out of town when the destructive crowd of over 200 broke in and ransacked the house on Blackwater Street, which is valued on Zillow at $7,950,000.

Multiple videos of the scene, which were then uploaded on TikTok and Snapchat, showcased teens downing hard liquor and blasting music. The foyer of the mansion was even turned into a boxing ring for a match.

“They were in every single one of our beds,” the owner asserted. “They were in all my children’s beds, they were in our bed. There were footprints in our bathtub.”

The homeowners say they intend on pressing every charge possible.

Deputies encourage those who threw the party to turn themselves in.
