A 15-year-old girl has been arrested after she allegedly sent both sexually explicit and threatening text to a school.

The text were reportedly sent to Lincoln Park Academy in Fort Pierce on Wednesday.

St. Lucie County Chief Deputy Brian Hester, told the public that they were notified about the text by a parent around 9:00 p.m.

While authorities did not say what the text said they did say the text were “outlandish” and were sent through an Airdrop along with a potential hitlist:

“Just very outlandish-type, sexually explicit statements targeting some of the students in school. Staff as well,” Hester said. “Some were violent, some were sexual in nature. But they were all very dark.”

The teen was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Thursday on a second-degree felony of sending electronic death threats.

Authorities also reported that the teen was not at school on Thursday because she’s currently suspended for an unrelated incident.
