Florida rapper, Charles “Wide Neck” McDowell, is back behind bars

(ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLA) — Another potential viral mugshot for Charles “Wide Neck” McDowell who is back behind bars in Escambia County on stalking and withholding child support charges.
The “Neckst Big Thing” shot to fame in 2018 when his mugshot highlighting his massive neck, which is wider than his head, went viral.
He was arrested at that time on charges including fleeing cops and drug offenses.

McDowell, 35, now has over a million Instagram followers and was just booked again into Escambia County Jail after warrant was issued for his arrest in August
Police say he showed up at a woman’s house and sent her threatening messages.
McDowell also joined a rap group made up of other online celebrity oddities, and recorded a video with “Daddy Long Neck” who is younger with a very skinny, long neck.

Released in 2020, “Neckst Big Thing” has racked up 5.8 million views on YouTube.

McDowell is being held without bond, according to police records.
