Police in Florida are currently searching for a 37-year-old woman who disappeared earlier this week.

Officials say Cassie Carli was last seen on Sunday in Navarre Beach.

A friend of Carli’s told reporters that Carli was scheduled to meet her 4-year-old daughter’s father around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday to exchange custody.

The friend says about three hours later, Carli’s father received a text from his daughter stating that she was having both car and phone trouble.

The family has not heard from her since.

On Tuesday, authorities located Carli’s vehicle on boat ramp but Carli, however, remains missing.

Officials have reported that her daughter is safe.
