A Florida mom is facing charges for leaving a threatening message for her child’s school because they were not feeding him enough.
The incident occurred on Feb. 3rd at Cocoa High School in Cocoa, Florida.
Authorities say the unidentified 41-year-old woman left a voicemail with the school, threatening to blow up the school unless cafeteria workers offered the students more food.
School officials listened to the message a day after it was left and evacuated the school as a precaution.
While the woman did not leave her name, authorities were able to identify her using caller-ID.
On April 7th, the state attorney’s office filed paperwork ordering the woman’s arrest. The woman was however, arrested on April 20th.
She is charged with making a false bomb threat and disruption of a school.
