MIAMI, FL– A 22-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly raped one of his coworkers.

The incident occurred on July 17th at the victim’s home in Liberty City.

Authorities say the victim told them that Keython Finch came to her home under the guise that he wanted her to do his nails.

“Upon spending some time at her residence, (Finch) told her he was not here to do his nails,” the report states.

Finch then reportedly “got undressed, put on a condom and forced the victim into the bedroom. While in the bedroom, (he) slammed the victim onto the bed and sexually assaulted the victim.”

The victim went to police on July 20th with the allegations and authorities staged a controlled phone call between Finch and the victim:

“When confronted with the allegations, he acknowledged he was sorry for having sex with her,” it states. “(Finch) also said he was looking for her at work in order to apologize for what had happened.”

Finch was arrested on Monday on a sexual battery charge. He’s currently being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, on a $7,500 bond.
