To “protect, serve and deliver?” A Florida deputy is being praised and thanked by mom and dad for helping to deliver a baby in a Tampa 7-11 parking lot.
Hillsborough County deputy Jordan Ream responded to a call from a man saying his wife was in labor.
Deputy Ream arrived just in time and helped deliver a beautiful baby boy with a big set of lungs.

The officer’s body cam video recorded the whole harrowing even and the father can be heard thanking Deputy Ream, “I was about to lose my mind!” he exclaimed.
Deputy Ream said it was the first time he delivered a baby as well.
Mom and baby were taken to the hospital, where both are doing just fine.
