A deputy in Charlotte County, Florida is now facing charges after he asked an undercover agent who was posing as a 15-year-old girl for nude photos.

41-year-old Marty Allen was arrested earlier this week after the official learned that Allen was a deputy with the Charlotte County police.

According to the report, Allen began chatting with the teen online about 10-months ago, in which time their conversations eventually became more and more sexual.

Allen reportedly asked the teen about sleeping nude together, taking showers, and giving massages. He also asked the teen to move in with him and suggested that she send him nude photos of herself in the shower.

Investigators say many of the conversations took place while Allen was on duty.

“Deputy Allen has broken his oath and that sacred trust that is expected as a law enforcement officer, instead choosing to prey upon those he swore to serve and protect. This cannot and will not be tolerated,” Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Prummell said.

Allen has since been arrested on one charge of lewd and lascivious conduct.

Authorities say they do not believe there are any other victims as this time.
