Delray Beach fire fighters discovered a body of a man while battling a blaze in a second floor apartment Tuesday night.
The Delray Beach Fire Rescue says the fire broke out just after 10 p.m. at an apartment complex on Southwest 20th Court in Delray Beach.
Crews say they attempted to rescue a man from the building, but he was pronounced dead on the scene.
No other injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation by the Bureau of Fire, Arson and Explosives.
