After three seasons, two of which were winning, Brian Flores has been axed as head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
B-Flo, who formerly coached in multiple positions at New England, was fired this morning, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The surprise move comes as Flores appeared to have turned things around after a shaky start. But Dolphins owner Stephen Ross apparently felt that the team’s horrible start to the season was unacceptable.

In their last season game Sunday, the Dolphins held off a fourth-quarter rally to beat the Patriots, 33-24, giving the franchise back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since the 2002-2003 season.
“I’m proud of this team,” said coach Brian Flores, whose team won eight of its final nine games after the 1-7 start.
Now big questions is what about the future of the franchise and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa?
Will a new coach help Tagovailoa improve or move on from him. The Dolphins have shown interest in trading for Deshaun Watson, when and if the lawsuits that many female massage therapists have brought against Watson are resolved in a way that makes acquiring him feasible.
So, as of now the Dolphins are making a coach change, will a QB change follow?
