Federal investigators executed a search warrant on the Manhattan home of Donald Trump attorney and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday in connection with an ongoing criminal investigation.
Agents seized electronic devices from the Upper East Side apartment but offered no further comment.
The investigation is related to Giuliani’s dealings with Ukraine and whether or not he broke lobbying laws in an attempt to obtain information that could be used against former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election opponent Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
Giuliani’s dealings with Ukraine have been under investigation for several years by federal authorities.
He served as Trump’s personal attorney while he was in office.
This is a developing story.
